Photographer’s Commitment Term
This term between you and CHaya Photo is mandatory for any photographer willing to photograph models in all our meetings. It needs to be signed by each photographer each time, as the terms are shoot-specific. Without this agreement, you are not covered under the TFP contract and do not have the right to share any images.
You are not sure if you’d like to photograph models? Sign the contract, just in case. If you do, you are covered. If you don’t, nothing changes.
To ensure that models receive the photos they deserve after offering their time and work, Photographers who wish to photograph models must now sign a commitment stating that they will send pictures within a maximum of two weeks from the photo walk.
Of course, you may join without signing if you don’t photograph the models ✌🏽.
